Refund Policy

When a tutor confirms a tuition job through TuitionXpress, the tutor pays a media fee. If the tuition is cancelled later, part of the media fee may be returned, depending on how long the tuition continued.

Media Fee Refund

If a confirmed tuition is cancelled, the media fee is refunded as follows:

  • Cancelled after 1 month: 30% of the media fee
  • Cancelled after 2 months: 20% of the media fee
  • Cancelled after 3 months: No refund

The time is counted from the date the tuition was confirmed.
