TuitionXpress is a platform that connects guardians/parents with tutors. We facilitate the process of finding and hiring tutors but do not employ tutors directly. Our services include listing tutors based on qualifications, subjects, location, and more to enable parents/guardians to select tutors suited to their needs.
Users must be tutor or parents to register and engage our services. Guardians hiring a tutor must confirm they have legal authority to do so on behalf of the student.
To access our services, users (both tutors and guardians) must register an account, providing accurate and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.
Tutors listed on our platform are expected to provide accurate information regarding their qualifications, experience, and availability. Tutors are independent professional.
After confirming a tuition job, tutors are responsible for making a one-time payment of 50% within the next 14 days. If the tuition job is canceled within 30 days, the 30% payment will be refunded
Users agree to use TuitionXpress services for lawful purposes only. Any harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension or termination.
TuitionXpress provides no guarantee regarding the quality, effectiveness, or qualifications of the tutors listed. Users acknowledge that they assume all risks related to the hiring of a tutor, including any loss, damages, or injury resulting from any sessions. To the extent permitted by law, TuitionXpress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our platform.
TuitionXpress reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time if they violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting customer support at [email address].
